• [ ] Add your forwarding address in your tenant portal, or email it to [email protected]
• [ ] Submit bank info in your tenant portal for direct deposit of any refund. If not provided, the refund will be mailed to your forwarding address.
• [ ] Schedule professional carpet cleaning with an approved provider (see below), or let us know that you’d like us to arrange carpet cleaning, which will include a 10% surcharge.

A minimum 30‑day written notice is required. If you are ending your lease early, you are still responsible for rent, utilities, lawn care, snow removal, and any re-leasing, cleaning, or repair costs per your lease. In the event that you are ending your lease early, the security deposit will not be returned until all lease terms are fulfilled.

During The Notice Period

Once you've given notice, we may begin marketing the property for sale or rent. Showings can start 60–90 days before your lease ends, typically between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. We will always give at least 24 hours' notice before any showing. We appreciate your flexibility and cooperation.

To help the home show its best, please aim for the following:

• Vacuumed floors and clutter-free rooms.
• Beds made and rooms tidied.
• Kitchens and bathrooms cleaned, sinks emptied.
• Walls free of new marks.
